BlessTree is back with this deeply meditative album in honor of the beautiful beliefs and divine truths of the Catholic Faith. Tracing back the religious roots of their family tree through holy hymns, sacred songs, and stories of the saints who walked the narrow path and carried their crosses behind Jesus, Mary, and Joseph, Bruce Balestri and his daughter, Avellina Balestri, melodiously lift their voices along with music maestro, Patrick Colgan, and friends. This set includes contemporary Marian hymns such as “Hail Mary, Gentle Woman”, “Mary’s Song”, and “Crowning Song”, rare treasures such as “Because You Live Again O Rose” and “Patroness Immaculate”, and an original composition by Bruce Balestri, “Footsteps of the Holy Family.” This album is dedicated to the prayerful memory of our family and friends, both those still on earth and all the souls of the faithfully departed.
